1)    Cutting Structure
The reamer mainly consists of four or more cones. Cutting Structure with premium tungsten carbide hardfacing or premium tungsten carbide insert of formulas and new techniques is utilized, and increases wear-resistance capability of reamer. The pilot is three cone bit( tricone bit ).

2)    Seal and Lubrication
High performance O-ring for bearing seal and advanced grease for lubrication. 

      3) Application
        It is suitable for the large size well, mining and infrastructure applications.
      4) Main Availability, ( Bit sizes and cone types can be customized as you special order)

 

TCI Tricone Roller Bits

ROSCHEN offers a full line of tricone bits. Tricone drill bits include two kinds teeth,  steel tooth and tungsten carbide insert, size from 3 3/8''(85.7mm) to 26''(660.4mm) for use in all formations, with any bearing/seal type, and a wide range of additional custom features.

Tricone drill bits include Steel Tooth (or milled tooth) bits and Tungsten Carbide Insert (TCI) bits, TCI bits are much more durable than Steel Tooth bits, but with a higher cost to manufacture. Both types of Tricone Bits are available with

(1) Open Bearing or Sealed Bearing

(2) Roller Bearing or Friction Bearing (Journal Bearing)

(3) Gage Protected or Non-Gage Protected, etc.
