1. Using range
Vitrified bonded camshaft and crank shaft wheels are mainly used for grinding camshaft and crank shaft of motor or transporter engine.
2. Features
(1) High speed vitrified bonded CBN camshaft wheels. D200~D900mm, line speed 45~125m/s, unit wheel working capacity 8000~40000 shafts.
Coarse degree Ra0.2~0.4, single accessory processing cost is lower than import one 30~50%.
(2) High speed vitrified bonded CBN crank shaft wheels, D350~D700mm, line speed 45~150m/s, unit wheel working capacity 5000~10000 shafts. Single accessory processing cost is lower than import one 30~50%.
